We provide compassionate, person-centered services to individuals with intellectual, developmental, and behavioral disabilities — empowering them to live as independently and fully as possible within their communities.
Our work is guided by a simple belief: every person has value, potential, and the right to be part of the world around them. We build our homes and programs around that belief, one individual at a time.

Our history
Built on a commitment to care.
Epic Partners was founded to fill a real need across Utah — thousands of individuals with intellectual disabilities and behavioral needs, and not nearly enough dependable, person-centered support to go around.
The vision for Epic Partners took root in 2015, born out of years of hands-on experience in disability services and a growing conviction that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Utah deserved something better — care that was personal, consistent, and genuinely centered on each individual's life. In 2024, that vision became a reality when Epic Partners launched as an extension of existing businesses with a proven track record in the field.
Our team brings over 35 years of combined experience in disability services, and we've built Epic Partners on that foundation — applying what we know works, using modern tools for medication management and care planning, and holding ourselves to a standard guided by Christian values of love, honesty, and service. We exist to make a positive and definable difference in the lives of the people we serve, the families who trust us, and the staff who make it happen every day.
